We have called Rincon and Effingham County home for nearly 20 years. Over that time, both of us have spent our careers teaching, coaching, and investing in the growth and development of young people. Those years have given us deep roots in this community and lasting relationships with families, students, and athletes who continue to shape the culture of this place.
Barn Wellness grew naturally out of that calling. The basketball court has long been a place where youth come to improve their skills, build confidence, and burn off the stress that so many young people carry today. It has provided a healthy outlet for movement, mentorship, and growth—offering not just training, but a place where young people feel supported and encouraged. Many former players still return, and during your visit, you may meet some of them as they continue their journey forward.
